The following is an account of an experience I had on November 10, 2015 at the Ronald Regan Washington National Airport in Arlington, Virginia. To summarize, it is a story of a frustrating and time consuming process I endured in order to rent a vehicle for the rate I was quoted by an agent of Budget Rent a Car when I made my reservation for the vehicle.
